How can I place an order ?
- Online, directly on our website.

I am a professional. Can I order plants from your website ?
Yes. If you are a professional gardener, landscaper, or nursery, we offer special pricing. Please register on our website with your ABN number, then wait for validation to access professional rates.
Our Plants
Where do your plants come from ?
All our Iris and Regal Pelargoniums are grown at our nursery in Stoneville, Western Australia. Plants are propagated in our greenhouses, then raised under conditions similar to your garden.
How do you package the plants ?
Plants are packed carefully on the day of shipment to ensure freshness. They are sent in reinforced cartons with protective material to withstand several days in transit.
What is the size of the plants I purchase ?
Our plants are grown in pots suited for strong root development.
- Regal Pelargoniums: average height 15–25 cm depending on the season.
- Irises: supplied as rhizomes or potted plants depending on availability.
What if a plant arrives damaged ?
This is very rare. If it happens, please call us at 0407 930 518. We will discuss the situation and find the best solution together (replacement, refund...)
What if a plant does not grow successfully ?
We cannot guarantee establishment, as it depends on external factors (climate, planting season, soil type, watering, etc.). However, feel free to call us at 0407 930 518. We will provide advice and help you identify solutions.
Delivery
Can I pick up my plants directly from your nursery ?
Yes. If you are located near Stoneville (WA), you can collect your order directly from our nursery, free of charge.
Do you deliver outside Australia ?
No. At the moment, we only deliver within Australia.
What are the shipping costs ?
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and destination. Prices are calculated automatically at checkout.
What is the delivery time for my order ?
- From shipping to delivery: usually 2–5 business days depending on the destination.
- From order to delivery: typically 5–10 business days.
What happens if I’m not at home during delivery ?
The carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or contact you directly to arrange a new delivery date.
Which carriers do you use ?
We use several trusted carriers in Australia, depending on the type of parcel and destination.
How can I track my order ?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also track your order in your “My Account”section.
