Iris ‘Vienna Waltz’ (Mid-Season to Very Late Tall Bearded Iris)

Graceful, refined, and beautifully romantic, Iris ‘Vienna Waltz’ dances through the garden with exquisitely textured blooms and a remarkably long flowering season. Blooming from mid-season through to very late season, this elegant Tall Bearded Iris provides lasting colour and sophistication when many other varieties have finished.

The lavishly ruffled and laced blooms display soft milky orchid tones with subtle cream undertones, creating a luminous and delicate appearance. The falls are slightly paler, enhancing the flower's graceful depth and ethereal beauty. At the centre of each bloom, melon-coloured beards add a gentle touch of warmth, perfectly complementing the cool, creamy orchid hues.

The Iris flowering period has the potential to begin late August and extend into late / early December. To ensure optimal plant health, orders are not dispatched until flowering has concluded, allowing the rhizomes adequate time to regenerate. We anticipate lifting and preparing orders from early February subject to weather conditions. If you live in a hot dry climate, we recommend not receiving your order until March. All rhizomes are professionally trimmed, washed, sanitised and air dried to ensure they are delivered in premium condition. For best establishment, the recommended planting period is February through April.
