Very Early Bearded Iris

A striking very early bloomer with dark blue-violet standards featuring subtle white centre marks and blue-violet style arms. The falls are white with a 12 mm stitched dark blue-violet edge, complemented by yellow beards tipped with blue. A slight fragrance adds to its charm, making this iris a beautiful and elegant addition to any garden.

The Iris flowering period has the potential to begin late August and extend into late / early December. To ensure optimal plant health, orders are not dispatched until flowering has concluded, allowing the rhizomes adequate time to regenerate. We anticipate lifting and preparing orders from early February subject to weather conditions. If you live in a hot dry climate, we recommend not receiving your order until March. All rhizomes are professionally trimmed, washed, sanitised and air dried to ensure they are delivered in premium condition. For best establishment, the recommended planting period is February through April.
